Terms and Conditions

BOOKINGS :

• Booking must be made on kiteessence.eu web site and deposit paid on time of booking.
• No booking can be taken as confirmed unless deposit fee or full amount is paid and you receive confirmation email or call.
• We reserve rights to reschedule or cancel any booking.
  
• Prices may be subject to change.
• All the forms must be signed by client and instructor before course begin.
• No client will be allowed to commence course if all forms are not signed prior to date of course.

CANCELLATIONS: 

• If customer does not arrive at the  beach 3 concurrent times.
  

• Kiteessence reserve rights to cancel booking if customer is under influence of alcohol or any other drug.
• Kiteessence cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur on the course.

WEATHER:

• In case of inclement weather or weather change, Kiteessence reserve right to reschedule date of course for another day.

INSURANCE:

• All clients are insured while on the course.
• Kiteessence will be not held responsible for any damage to 3rd party during the course.
• All precautions taken throughout all courses is taken to ensure clients safety.
  

You will learn with IKO instructors. All equipment required for lessons including kites, boards, harnesses and protection gear is provided. Transport from Dublin city centre and surrounding areas to the beach is available .You are covered by insurance for the duration of the lesson.

By the end of  the session, our students are qualified and certified by IKO Kiteboarder Card up to level 3, and become a part of International Kiteboarding Organization community. Certification standards are provided to validate the student’s achievements on the Kiteboarder Card.For more details go to IKO website.
